In collaboration with Bosch Srbija and the Student Center of Excellence, we had the opportunity to be co-organizers of the “Bosch Insights” program held in the conference hall of the Faculty of Mechanical engineering. The “Road Arrow” team had the privilege to be part of an initiative that in a unique way, through several panels, organization of quizzes, and discussions with students, answers all their questions about working in the automotive industry.
Participants had the opportunity to talk to engineers about any technical aspects of working in the automotive industry and also to receive feedback on the personal experience of each employee. In addition, special 1-on-1 interviews were organized with Bosch’s HR team where students could get all the information related to internships, interviews, and the hiring process at Bosch Srbija .
We express our sincere gratitude to Bosch company, as well as to all lecturers and attending students. The energy in the hall was extraordinary, and we will continue to support young talents. We eagerly await future initiatives aimed at young people and the development of their career paths.
